Interior Designer

Interior Designers work directly with Karina to establish the project vision, compile materials and products that support the project vision, and present to clients. We're looking for interior architects and/or interior designers with very strong Revit skills, minimum of 3 years interior design experience, and a passion for learning and growing with our practice. Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Design within the client’s expectations and aesthetic as outlined by the Principal.

  • Make creative recommendations based on the feasibility of space for furniture and interior elevations that communicate the design intent

  • Research and source furnishings, fabrics, materials, fixtures, and finishes

  • Present all FF&E items for approval of Principal

  • Produce floor plans and interior elevations for project documentation incorporating all FF&E items.

  • Produce 2D rendering of floor plans and elevations as needed from Revit and Enscape.

  • Maintain and update all schedules with a high level of accuracy.

  • Vendor communication to collect pricing, stock information, request samples, custom orders, and lead time information

  • Work collaboratively with the Principal to meet project timelines and goals

  • Produce product specifications and produce material order spreadsheet under direction of the Principal.

  • Assist in installation and jobsites, quality control of all finished products

Experience Required:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Interior Design or Architect firm

  • Minimum 3 years professional Revit experience. Applicants will need to pass Revit proficiency test.


Interior Administrative Assistant

We’re looking for a self-motivated administrative assistant who can help place orders for our interior design clients. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude with a positive outlook and demeanor.

  • Experienced using Google Sheets and maintaining updated spreadsheets based on client and designer preferences

  • Comfortable forming relationships with various vendors, calling vendors to compile ordering sheets

  • Placing orders using trade discounts

  • Working directly with clients to facilitate changes of preference with a positive attitude

  • Learning to use our invoicing software and invoicing clients on a regular basis

  • Filing quarterly sales tax forms and paying fees

  • Maintaining resale certificates in all relevant jurisdictions

  • Providing support to office manager as needed


Internship

Starting a design career within a small company is a great way to get a broad range of experience in the least amount of time. Our interns are integral in our practice, even if just for a summer. Internships include design time, basic Revit training, and tasks needed to best support our practice and your education and career path.
